The Industry Partnership Programme gives the CEOs and senior executives of the world’s leading companies the opportunity to engage with their peers to define and address critical industry issues throughout the year. Identifying, developing and acting upon these specific industry issues with other key stakeholders is fundamental to the forum’s drive to deliver sustainable social development founded upon economic progress.

Ben Verwaayen represents BT on the IT/Telecoms Partners Board of Governors who meet during the Annual Meeting each January to agree the key issues/opportunities for the industry. In addition for 2007, Gordon Moir, Vice President and Chief Counsel, BT International, will represent BT on the Strategic Affairs Community, which is part of this initiative.
